Damp to the front wall to this property in Sheffield
Works to this property was carried out in one day and as you can see was carried out with minimal disruption to the homeowner and was left in the same clean condition as we found it
The plaster was removed to 1m and a chemical damp proof course installed internally and externally
Cavity drain membrane was installed to the internal wall ( commonly known as tanking )
Plasterboards were then installed and skimmed
Original skirting boards were refitted
This area will be dry enough to redecorate in just a few days
